Dear god not another hobby….

My husband and I have a room we refer to as the Junk Room. It is the place where we store all of our stuff that we don’t need day to day. Looking around the room the other day I concluded that we had waaaaaay too many hobbies. The problem is, that it looks like I am taking up at least two more.

Gah!

Last weekend I went out to get my ATQ1 training at AEMMA. This initials me to play with the TTAC3 boys. What is TTAC3? – Its kind of like Paint ball, except they use little plastic BB’s instead, and the weapons are VERY realistic replicas.

This is not everyone’s cup of tea.

It’s a real good idea while playing this game to where something over your mouth so a BB doesn’t shoot out a tooth. When you get hit it HURTS. And the participants tend to dress up in very realistic looking riot police gear or battle fatigues. Shooting at targets is fun, but it becomes a whole new level of interesting when the targets are shooting back.

I can see how a lot of people would not find this any fun at all.

I just went out and got my self a set of cammo. I cant wait until I can afford to get my own toy.

*Sigh* Another hobby.

I did mention Two hobbies now, didn’t I? Ah yes… It seems all the crafty people around me are getting to me and I really, really, want to learn how to knit.

Now how fucked up a combination is that? Knitting and Pretending to Kill People.
