Introducing, Mr Flushie.
Because it seems that all I have been posting is an endless stream of bad news, I bring you some good news.
After years of gentle prodding... Oh hell who am I kidding? After years of begging, the Haggis has deemed it necessary that we should replace the toilet upstairs.
The old toilet had an unfortunate habit of not quite flushing.. er, thoroughly. Leaving one with some embarrassing, and possibly smelly aftermath. The solution to this gross dilemma was to have a bucket next to the old toilet, and when it did not perform its duties up to par, (which was quite frequently) we would have to re-flush whilst simultaneously pouring said bucket of water into the toilet bowl.
Irritating. Time consuming, and very environmentally unfriendly.
The old toilet had a 13 liter tank and often required multiple flushings plus applications of buckets of water.
Mr flushie only uses 6 liters of water.
Mr flushie never fails in his duty.
